Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
- Superintending Engineer – Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Chief Administrative Officer – Master’s degree in any discipline (min. 55% marks); an LLB qualification is preferred.
- Finance Advisor & CAO – CA/ICWA/CMA final pass, or an MBA in Finance.
- System Manager – B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or IT with min. 55% marks.

Age Limit
The upper age limit differs by post. It is kept lower for entry-level roles like Hindi Translator-cum-Typist (preferably below 30 years) and goes up to below 60 years for the Legal Officer post.
