Candidates can follow the steps below to fill the application form.
- Visit the OPSC official website at opsc.gov.in.
- Click on the recruitment notification link for Advertisement No. 07 of 2026-27.
- Register on the portal with basic personal details to generate login credentials.
- Login to fill the online OPSC AEE (Civil) application form.
- Upload the required scanned documents, photograph, signature and Left-Hand Thumb Impression (LTI) as per the specified format.
- Preview all the details entered and pay the applicable examination fee to submit the form.
- Take a printout of the finally submitted application form for future reference.

OPSC AEE Selection Process 2026
The selection of candidates will be done based on performance across three stages of a competitive examination — the Preliminary Examination, the Main Examination, and the Interview/Personality Test. Marks scored in the Preliminary Examination are not counted for the final merit list; only the Main Examination and Interview marks, out of 550, are considered for preparing the Select List.

Negative marking of 25% of the marks allotted to a question applies for every incorrect answer in both the Preliminary and Main Examinations. No marks are awarded or deducted for unattempted questions.
OPSC AEE Salary 2026
The selected Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) will be placed in Level-12 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th Central Pay Commission, corresponding to the pre-revised Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15,600 – Rs. 39,100) with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400, along with usual dearness allowance and other allowances as sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.
